From rejected to approved, step by step.
You share your project. We fix it inside your own account. You follow every step from your dashboard. No code, no calls, no passwords.
Start an order. Tell us about your app, how it was built, and paste the rejection text. Then share access the easy way for your builder: usually a share link, or an invite to hello@resubmitly.com. A GitHub link or a zip file works too. You never give us a password.
Your engineer reads the rejection and looks at your project. You get a short reply in plain English: what the rejection means, and whether we can fix it. If we need something from you, you get an email with a reply button. For Guideline 4.3 cases this check always comes first, and it's free.
One price for the whole job, paid once. No deposit, no second bill, no hourly rate. Your dashboard has a Pay button, and so does your email. We never see your card details. If it turns out we can't fix your case, you don't pay, or you get a full refund.
We only change what's needed to get the app approved. Your app stays the way you built it, in your own builder and your own accounts. Nothing is copied to ours. You can follow progress in your dashboard and ask your engineer anything in chat.
When the fix is ready, the app is resubmitted to the store from your own developer account. Either we do it through your invitation, or we prepare everything and you press submit. The store then reviews it again. That part is on their clock, not ours.
If the store says no again, we keep fixing and resubmitting at no extra cost. When it's approved, you get an email, and your app is live under your name. If it isn't approved, you get a full refund. Read the guarantee.
You always know where things are
One page per order: the status, a chat with your engineer, your files, and your access details. Every step also lands in your inbox.
What we never ask for
Your password
Not for your builder, not for your developer account, not for your email. Access always goes through an invitation or a share link you control.
Your card details
Payment goes through Stripe. We see that you paid, never your card number.
Ownership of your app
The app is published from your own developer account, under your name. It never moves to ours.
Access you can't take back
You can remove our invitation at any time. We remove it ourselves when the job is done.
What we need from you
Five things. Most people have all of them in a couple of minutes.
- The rejection messagePaste it as it came from the store. A screenshot works too.
- Access to your projectA share link or an invite from your builder, a GitHub link, or a zip file. We show you the easiest option for your builder when you start.
- A developer account in your nameWith Apple, Google, or both. You pay the store fees to them directly. No account yet? We'll walk you through it.
- Replies to our questionsUsually one or two, in chat or by email. Replying within a day keeps things moving.
- No other changes while we workIf you need to change something in the app, tell your engineer first so nothing gets undone.
How long it takes
Typical ranges, not promises. Your dashboard always shows where things are.
Your app, approved.
Share your project in two minutes. We'll take it from there.
