Approved, or your money back.
If your app isn't approved, you get a full refund. No forms, no arguments. Here's exactly how it works, in plain words.
If the store says no again, we keep fixing and resubmitting. The price never changes.
Everything you paid for the order, back to your original payment method. Not a credit, not a voucher.
That's how long we take to send the refund once it's agreed. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
The promise
You pay one fixed price when your order starts. We fix your app inside your own account, and it's resubmitted from your own developer account. If the store rejects it again, we fix it again, at no extra cost, for as many rounds as it takes.
If your app still isn't approved after 3 resubmissions, you can ask for a full refund. If we agree with you earlier that the app can't be approved, we refund you then. If you cancel before we start, we refund you in full.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 7 business days. Apple and Google alone decide whether an app is approved. We can't promise their answer, which is why our promise is your money.
What's covered, and what isn't
The same list as our refund policy, without the legal voice.
Covered
- Any guideline rejection on the App Store or Google Play: 2.1, 4.2, 5.1.1, 3.1.1, 2.3, Google Play policy, and the rest.
- Guideline 4.3 rejections, once we've confirmed in writing that we can fix your case.
- A new rejection for a different reason while we're working on your order.
- Launch my app orders: if the store never approves the app, you get a full refund.
- Cancelling before we start. Full refund, no questions.
Not covered
- Guideline 4.3 rejections where we haven't confirmed in writing that we can fix the case. We check those for free first.
- New rejection reasons caused by changes made outside our work.
- Apps whose content or business isn't allowed on the store, or that need licenses or documents only you can provide.
- Developer account suspensions or terminations.
- Orders where we don't hear back from you for 14 days.
- Store fees paid to Apple or Google, and Care plan months already used.
How to ask for a refund
Tell us
Write to your engineer in the order chat, or email hello@resubmitly.com from the address on your order. Include your order number. It looks like RS-XXXXXX.
We confirm
We reply within 2 business days to confirm the refund and the amount. No forms to fill in, no call to book.
You get your money
The refund goes to your original payment method within 7 business days. We also remove our access to your project.
Why Guideline 4.3 gets a free check first
Guideline 4.3 (Spam) is about apps that look too similar to other apps on the store. Sometimes a small change settles it. Sometimes no change to the app will, because the decision is about the app's place on the store, not its code. We can't tell which one you have until we've looked. So we look first, for free, and tell you honestly. If we can fix it, we confirm that in writing and the guarantee applies in full. If we can't, you don't pay anything.
