FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Everything people ask before they start. If your question isn't here, send it to us and we'll reply within 24 hours.

Getting started

What is Resubmitly?

A done-for-you service. You built an app with an AI tool like Lovable, Bolt, Base44 or Replit, and the App Store or Google Play rejected it. We fix the app inside your own account, and it's resubmitted from your own developer account. One fixed price. Full refund if it isn't approved.

Which builders and tools do you work with?

Lovable, Bolt, Base44, Replit, FlutterFlow, v0, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Rork and Bubble, plus apps built with Expo, React Native, Flutter or Capacitor. If your tool isn't listed, ask us. If we can open the project, we can usually help.

My app hasn't been submitted yet. Can you help?

Yes. The Launch my app plan takes your app from your builder to the store, start to finish, including the store listing and the forms. It's submitted from your own developer account. See pricing.

How do I start?

Click Get started. The order takes about two minutes: tell us about your app, paste the rejection, and share access. You see the price before you pay. Not sure yet? Use the free 24-hour check first.

Access and safety

Do I need my own developer account?

Yes. Your app is published under your own name, so you own it. We work inside your account through an invitation and never ask for your password. If you don't have an account yet, we'll walk you through creating one. It takes about ten minutes, and the fee goes to Apple or Google directly.

How do I give you access to my app?

When you start an order we show you the easiest way for your builder, usually a share link or an invite. A GitHub link or a zip file works too. It takes a minute, and you can remove our access any time.

Do you ever ask for my password?

No. Never. Not for your builder, not for your developer account, not for your email. Access always goes through an invitation or a share link that you control. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, it isn't us.

Will you rebuild or change my app?

No. Your app stays the way you built it. We only change what's needed to get it approved, and we tell you what we changed in plain English.

Pricing and refunds

How much does it cost?

One fixed price per plan, shown on the pricing page and again before you pay. Fixing a rejection is $249, one time. There's no hourly rate and no extra charge for extra resubmissions.

When do I pay?

When the order starts, by card through Stripe. You pay once, in full. No deposit and no second bill later. We never see your card details.

What if my app isn't approved?

You get a full refund. We keep fixing and resubmitting first, at no extra cost. If it's still not approved after 3 resubmissions, or we agree it can't be approved, we refund you within 7 business days to your original payment method. Read the guarantee.

Are the store fees included?

No. Apple charges $99 per year and Google charges a one-time $25 for a developer account. You pay those to Apple or Google directly. Our price covers our work only.

I have a code from a creator. How do I use it?

Enter it when you start. The discount shows on the review step, before you pay. One code per order.

Process and timing

How long does it take?

You hear from us within 24 hours. Most fixes are done within a few days. Then the store reviews the app again, which usually takes one to three days. You can follow every step in your dashboard.

What happens if the store rejects it again?

We keep fixing and resubmitting at no extra cost. You see every round in your dashboard, and your engineer tells you what changed.

How do I know what's happening?

Your dashboard shows the status, a chat with your engineer, and your files. Every step also sends you a short email with an Open your order button. You can reply to that email, and your reply lands in the chat.

Can you fix a Guideline 4.3 rejection?

Sometimes. Guideline 4.3 (Spam) is about apps that look too similar to other apps, and it can't always be fixed by changing the app. That's why we check 4.3 cases for free before you pay anything. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, you don't pay.

Do you work with apps on Google Play too?

Yes. Policy rejections, the closed-testing requirement for new personal accounts, and app updates that were turned down. Same price, same guarantee.

After approval

What happens after my app is approved?

You get an email, and your dashboard shows Approved. The app is live under your name, in your own account. We remove our access, unless you're on the Care plan.

What about updates after launch?

The Care plan handles your updates and every new store rule for a monthly price, and a rejected update is fixed at no extra cost. Or come back for a single fix whenever you need one.

Affiliates

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. Creators and communities can share a code. Their audience gets a discount, and they earn a commission on paid orders. See the affiliate program page.

How do people use my code?

They enter it when they start an order, or they arrive through your link and it's filled in for them. Paid orders and commissions show in your partner dashboard.
